Ado (8 to 14 yrs)

Practicing BJJ offers many benefits to teens. In addition to developing self-defense skills, this discipline promotes self-confidence, discipline and self-control. Teenagers who practice BJJ learn how to manage stress, solve problems, and make quick, informed decisions. Additionally, this comprehensive physical activity helps improve overall fitness, coordination and concentration. BJJ Ninjas (4 to 7 yrs)
BJJ, or “Jokes, Joy and Games”
as we like to call it, isn’t just for kids – it’s for parents too! Picture this: your little ones running, jumping, and laughing while learning self-defense techniques.
